The National Health Authority, Hamad Medical Corporation and ictQATAR have agreed to work together in order to implement a comprehensive e-Health programme for Qatar that will create an environment where health information can be transferred seamlessly.
To realize this strategic vision, highly qualified and motivated personnel for the following positions are required:

JOB CODE EH-07: Clinical Strategy & Safety Lead  

The Clinical Strategy and Safety lead will provide leadership, and engage where appropriate with Project Boards and Project Teams that are responsible for delivery of elements of the National e-Health strategy. Liaise with, and encourage input from, specialty, directorate, professional and locality clinical stakeholders. Generation of ideas and innovative thinking associated with eHealth requirements to support service provision. Overseeing change management activities associated with achievement of the benefits from eHealth investments.

Provide advice and make recommendations to the eHealth Executive Group with particular regard to clinical safety & major clinical requirements. Author and ensure the quality and veracity of issued RFPs. Work with clinical requirements analysts to produce high-level designs. Communicate eHealth related activities to clinical stakeholders both directly and through representative bodies.
 

Ensure that the eHealth programme is complementary to, and contributes to the wider National agenda. Provide technical expertise, leadership and consultancy on aspects of clinical technology, clinical care pathways, and clinical change requirements. Ensure that processes are in place that deliver effective and safe eHealth related activities from the perspective of clinical and information governance .

Coordinate (through the nominated professional eHealth Leads) the activities of projects as they contribute to the wider programme and ensure that there is appropriate engagement with the Programme Management Office (PMO) Provide representation, individually and collectively, in relevant national groups responsible for direction of the eHealth Strategy to influence and inform on behalf of ictQatar.
 

JOB CODE EH-06: Program Office Manager

Working in partnership with healthcare providers, ictQATAR has recently initiated a comprehensive e-Health program. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities of this job entitle to ensure the ictQATAR program and project management methodologies are followed. Ensure the quality of documentation and managing the quality review process. Risk and issue management. Budgetary management forecast and reporting. Develop e-Health tool kitalso provide technical expertise, leadership and consultancy on aspects of technology.
 

Educated to degree level or holds a professional qualification. Minimum of 4 years work experience as a program office manager or project manager. Solid knowledge of project and program management methodologies.

Experience in the health sector. Highly competent in Microsoft Office products including Project and Visio. Experience of quality management and program gateway review processes an advantage. Fluent in written and spoken English is essential. Arabic is an advantage. Day to day business is conducted in English, so fluency in English is essential. Any Arabic skills are an advantage
 

JOB CODE EH-08: Deployment Coordinator/Manager

Working in partnership with healthcare providers, ictQATAR has recently initiated a comprehensive e-Health program. The Deployment Coordinator Manager's should demonstrate competency leading, managing & delivering large complex e-Health programs / projects.

Prior ownership for delivery: demonstrated competency in defining delivery strategy, program / project forecasting, managing and reporting on key business and financial requirements. Skilled in strategic program / project planning and execution. Prior accountability for multiple programs / projects. Expertise working with and building trusted advisor relationships with sponsors, stakeholders & Senior Management. Prior accountability for the successful on time, within budget execution of complex, custom e-Health solutions .Willingness to travel.

Ideally Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field plus demonstrable success in Account Management, Business Development and/or Client management of enterprise accounts. Extensive Project Management experience, Prince2 & MSP Qualified. Domain experience in Healthcare sectors and/or UK National Program.

End to end Healthcare software & SOA deployment life cycle experience. Proven good customer management skills and good record of achieving lasting working relationships with customers and colleagues up to Executive levels. Depth and breadth of IT analysis skills across a range of projects, services and technologies. Good communication and written skills. Ability to apply Quality principles to management activities. Strong People management skills. Demonstrates strong personal and professional values Pursuit of Excellence, Integrity, Respect and Leadership. Day to day business is conducted in English, so fluency in English is essential. Any Arabic skills are an advantage
