ictQATAR has partnered with the Institution of Administration Development (IAD) to bring learning opportunities to busy professionals, as well as adults and students looking to enhance their skills.

The e-Learning Portal is a technology-based educational tool using the Internet and multimedia materials to deliver a wealth of information - any time, any where.

Over the next year, 5000 users across Qatar will access the e-Learning Portal, which has 4000 courses covering a range of topics in Arabic, English and French.

The e-Learning Portal makes it possible for a government employee to gain marketing skills; a business student can learn how to analyze cash flows; and a mother can study the basics of Adobe PhotoShop from home.

Courses are accredited by international organizations and qualified by IAD.

The e-Learning Portal is currently cost-free and open to the public.
