From an IT perspective, ictQATAR supports government agencies by:

• Providing resources and capabilities for their initiatives.
• Managing the implementation of common and shared systems across various agencies.
• Developing efficient connectivity methods to interconnect government agencies.
• Ensuring all initiatives are in accordance to the guidelines provided by the Architecture Standards.

From a management perspective, we offer change-management support to government agencies whenever needed. Such support includes training and expertise for promoting the use of IT, as well as re-engineering processes following the implementation of common systems architecture and standards.

ictQATAR has established and coordinates software licenses for Qatar government, as well as managing central software licensing operations for the government.
