Section Manager - Accounting

Description:
Lead the Accounting Section and supervise accounting functions, such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger; establish accounting policies, procedures and systems; develop financial plan and budget, finalizing accounts, balance sheets and cost center analysis.

Requirements:
The candidate should possess CA/CPA level education, with minimum 10 years experience; knowledge of Oracle accounting package and the ability to organize, establish and lead an Accounting Section. The candidate should be computer literate with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.


Section Manager - Internal IT Support

Description:

Lead the Internal IT Support team and be responsible for the network and IT requirements of 150 professional staff. Responsibilities include daily IT operations; incident support; ensure quality and standards; plan, monitor and update IT infrastructure; review quality of services from suppliers; monitor the performance and capacity of the IT infrastructure; and lead and/or participate in projects.

 

Requirements:
The candidate should possess a bachelor degree in Computing with relevant certifications, preferably in ITIL, PMP and Network administration, with a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 3 years must be at the managerial level.


Section Manager - Training & Performance Managment


Description:
Responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering leadership, functional, technical and skills training for ictQATAR staff. Responsible for planning and developing a performance management system, as well as administering a staff performance appraisal system. Utilize training needs assessments, annual training plans and other available resources to identify training opportunities, select vendors, negotiate contracts and manage outside consultants and service providers, as appropriate.

Requirements:
The candidate should possess a Graduate degree in Human Resources, with a specialization in training and development and/or performance management. Minimum of 5 years experience in training and development with a sound knowledge of curriculum and training design, implementation and evaluation. Minimum of 2 years in developing and administering performance management systems. The candidate should be computer literate with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.


Accounts Payable Accountant


Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Accounts Payable Section of Accounting, ensuring that the processing of accounts payable is completed in an accurate and timely manner, in compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
The candidate should possess a degree in Commerce, be a member of a professional accounting body; fluent in English and computer literate, including familiarity with Oracle finance applications. The candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years experience in accounting within a large organization.


Cash Management Accountant


Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Cash Management Section of Accounting and ensures that the processing of cash management is completed in an accurate and timely manner, in compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
The candidate should possess a degree in Commerce, be a member of a professional accounting body; fluent in English and computer literate, including familiarity with Oracle finance applications. The candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years experience in accounting within a large organization.


Buyer


Description:

Responsible for procurement of goods and services, consistent with existing policies and procedures in a cost effective and professional manner. Participate in supplier certification / pre-qualification process, conduct techno-commercial analysis and participate in the development of systems and procedures towards simplification of work process, automation and process re-engineering.

Requirements:
The candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a procurement function. The candidate should be computer literate and fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred. Professional Certification in Material / Supply Management desired.


Internal Auditor


Description:

Responsible for planning and executing the financial and operational audits independently, discussing the findings with the auditee and recommending preventive and corrective measures within an action plan. Also responsible for communicating findings and action plan in a formal audit report to the Board of Directors. Regularly follow-up on agreed action plan, prepare a status report and review and update audit programmers.

Requirements:
The candidate should possess CA/CPA (preferably with certification in Internal Auditing) and have a minimum of 10 years experience as an Auditor, with a minimum 5 years as Internal Auditor of a professional company. The candidate should be computer literate with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
