Program Manager


Position purpose: 

The position will organize and manage the Program and Program staff. Develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards; assist in the development of proposal, strategic articulations, RFP's for projects; evaluate achievements, develop program budget, stay abreast of technological, legal and operational changes.


Experience required:

BSc in an IT discipline, Project Management certification; 10 years program and project management experience of which at least 5 years must be at senior manager level. Candidate should have proven track record of delivering IT projects, creation and management of project/program documentation; experience in managing the financial aspects and maintaining budgetary control of programs. The candidate should also have experience in business case development and delivering business change related activity within an IT environment.

System Administrator


Position purpose:

The position is responsible to manage system security, implement and configure SPAM solutions, backup plan; restoration of backup data; disaster recovery/availability planning; applying security patches, ensure configuration of primary/secondary servers; managing ports, closing services. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring of MOM server; conduct of periodic review of all security logs, perform regular audit of AD accounts and implement Active Directory policies


Experience required:

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer science/Computer engineering with knowledge of Microsoft main applications such as: ISA, Exchange, Share-point servers, active directory, basic networking knowledge. Previous system administration experience of at least 5 years essential.

Webmaster


Position purpose:
The position is responsible to maintain and upgrade the portal; update the news and events web pages and also contact information, communicate with Coordinators about updates. The incumbent will also be responsible to upgrade and optimize the website; moderate the discussion boards and evaluate user feedback and information from usage statistics.


Experience required:
The candidate should have previous Web development and content creation experience, proficiency in HTML, Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe products and Flash will be an asset. Knowledge of English and Arabic languages essential.

Program Coordinators


Position purpose:
Coordinate and identify from schools their training requirements, site visits, etc; track progress, interact with the operational team on technical issues and delivery of project; monitor schools usage, collect and analyze data, compose status reports and make recommendations. The incumbent will also be responsible to identify issues and risks and provide advice; facilitate effective information flow to the teachers and students; encourage inter-schools collaboration. The Coordinator will also work closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure that project task areas are closely coordinated and successful implementation of the project.


Experience required:
BS in Computer Science with knowledge and awareness of school environment; excellent oraland written communication skills in both English and Arabic. The candidate should be proficient in Report writing and use of computer applications. The candidate should have the ability to work in fast paced environment, set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.

Project Managers


Position purpose: 
The position is responsible to manage a number of concurrent multi-sector projects ensuring that quality standards are maintained through out and that each project deliverable is fit for purpose. They will identify, analyze and document project requirements, as well as plan, coordinate tasks and manage resources.; site visits, etc; track progress, interact with the operational team on technical issues and delivery of project; monitor schools usage, collect and analyze data, compose status reports and make recommendations. The incumbent will also be responsible to identify issues and risks and provide advice; facilitate effective information flow to the teachers and students; encourage inter-schools collaboration.


Experience required:
The ideal candidate should have a degree with PMP certification, experience in eEducation projects with minimum 5 years experience. Good language skills in both English and Arabic.

Bilingual Secretary


Position purpose: 
The role will be to provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the eEducation group. Responsibilities include providing telephone coverage, handle general enquiries, dairy management, handling general mail, providing secretarial support such as general administrative duties, typing (word-processing/spreadsheets/presentation), filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.


Experience required:
The ideal candidate should have a diploma in secretarial service, fluency in both English and Arabic languages, good computer skills with knowledge and experience in MS office package, minimum 5 years experience from a professionally managed organization.
