The ‎ Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is the Communications Regulator in the state of Qatar established by virtue of Emiri Decree (42) in 2014. The CRA regulates the Telecommunications and Information Technology sector, postal services, access to digital media and spectrum. The CRA encourages and supports an open and competitive Information & Communications Technology (ICT) sector that provides advanced, innovative, and reliable communications services. This document is the Radio Spectrum License granted by ictQATAR to Qatar Telecom Q. S. C. (Qtel) which gives them the right to use the assigned frequencies within the bands (1,730.0 – 1,735.2 MHz / 1,825.0 – 1,830.2 MHz) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License and its Schedules, the terms and conditions of the holder's related License for the Provision of Public Mobile Telecommunications Networks and Services ("Individual License"), applicable legislation and international treaties and regulations concerning radio spectrum, and any regulations, decisions, orders, rules, instructions or notices issued by ictQATAR.
